Q: When should I place my cake order?

You should place your order as soon as you know the date of your event. We book up about 3 weeks in advance. Your order is secured and confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is sent. The remainder of the payment is due the day before pickup or delivery. For all custom cakes, we require a minimum 2-3 week notice. For wedding orders, we suggest you book 3+ months in advance.

Q: Do I have to decide on the final details right now?

For wedding cakes, not at all! During your free initial consultation, we discuss all the little details regarding your event. If you are unsure of your theme at this time, we can always schedule a second consultation to discuss your ideas. 

Q: What if I have a particular design in mind? Can I send a photo?

Yes, we encourage you to send in any inspiration photos you may have through our cake order forms. We will use those as inspiration only. The cake will not be an exact replica as every artist has their own unique style.

Q: Do you offer eggless, gluten free or nut free items? 

At this time we do not offer Eggless, Gluten-free or Nut Free items.

Q: What is your Cake Policy?

Wedding cake consultations are free.  Cake tasting consultation fees are non-refundable.

We require all cake orders to have a 50% deposit paid at time of order.  The other 50% will be due on the day before pickup or delivery.

All cake cancellations would need to be received at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the 50% deposit. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. Cancellations within 48 hours of cake pick-up or delivery date will result in no refund given.

There will be a $10.00 fee for any changes made to cake orders within 48 hours of delivery/pickup date. Please be aware some changes may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes after they leave our hands.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

If you are local, and would like to pick up your cake or chocolate bar order, just select that on checkout for chocolate bars, and for cakes select “pickup” in the cake order form.

Please note: We will arrange a time with you for pick up. If you are going to be late, please let us know in advance. If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, we may need to arrange another time/day for pick up, so please make sure the time you select works for you.

Q: The item I wanted is out of stock. Will you be restocking?

Yes! For the chocolate bars, we have a limited stock as all of our bars are hand-made to perfection.  There will be release dates so be sure to follow us on Instagram and sign up for our email list on our Homepage to stay in the loop.

Q: What is your Chocolate Bar Policy?

All chocolate bars are handcrafted and made to order.  Once a custom chocolate bar creation has started there will be no refunds. We will only offer refunds on signature chocolate bars that have not been shipped.

Custom chocolate bars ship every Monday. The cutoff for orders is every Friday night 11:59 pm EST. Any custom order placed after the cutoff time will be made and shipped the following Monday.

If you select pickup on checkout, you will receive an email with the address for pickup when the chocolate bars are ready.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to Canada and the US.

Q: Where are you guys located?

We are based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada! If you live in the area and would like to pick up your order, choose that option at checkout.

Q: I want a large order of Chocolate Bars. How do I order them?

Awesome! Please send us an inquiry here and we will get back to you asap.

Q: How do I cut the tall cakes?

Tall cakes can be a little challenging to cut. However, we made a little video to help you out with this. CLICK HERE
