Return Policy
Baked Goods
At Baby Cakes Bakery, we take pride in our baked goods. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any of our food products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us.
Cake Orders
All cake cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the 50% deposit. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. Failure to cancel within 48 hours of cake pick-up or delivery date will result in no refund. We recommend delivery for larger cakes. If pick up is preferred, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during transportation.
Please note: After a pickup date and time has been confirmed, please be on time. If you are going to be late please let us know in advance. If you are going to be more than 30min late we may need to arrange another time/day for pickup so please make sure the time you select works for you.
Baby Cake Merch
There is a 30 day full refund policy from ship date for hoodies. Return the product at your own cost. Upon receiving the return we will inspect and if the product is not in new condition we reserve the right to modify the refund.
